POTA again?

Advani to bring back "Prevention of Terrorism Act" if elected.
How ridiculous, seems Advani doesn’t know the state of our intelligence and police.
Our system has completely failed to identify the culprits, but still he wants POTA back, for whom? Am sure not the terrorists, as they are far away from our reach.
Seems our political parties are running out of issues and just trying to capitalize on these bomb blasts.
What we need is better intelligence, better administration and most important better political leaders. This statement of advani shows his incapability to lead this country.

Advani’s focus shall rather be on administration, he must tell us, how is he gonna bring a difference? what changes is he looking at? How will POTA address the problem of terrorism? And most important how will the Act guarantee that innocent citizens will be isolated from it?
Am sure this political outfit has no solution.

We surely need stringent laws on terror, but not at the cost of our innocent citizens.

The only legal way to commit suicide!

Cigarette smoking is injurious to health, but is still available all round the planet; whereas consumption of drugs is a penal offence.
Isn’t the government unfair with the drug addicts, or is it that the lobby of cigarette companies more powerful. Neither of these.
The fact lies that smoking may cause cancer. It affects only 50% of the smokers and the rest 50% can smoke in peace.
Other major reason for not banning the production of smoking is to safeguard the heritage value of our very old historically important company ITC. This company contributes a lot in the way of tax.
We hold procession and organize no tobacco day, for what? Just to waste crores of money on advertisements, and to help NGO’s increase their profit.
Banning cigarette smoking on screen and asking stars not to smoke. Isn’t it ridiculous? Our health minister is just starved for publicity it seems, if he is genuinely worried about the ill effects of smoking, why not ban this product completely from the market.
Just include tobacco along with the narcotics and make it illegal, hence a crime. It is as simple as that.
If we ban tobacco our farmers will have to grow normal crops which will eventually help to increase the productivity of food and will end up in better utilization of agricultural land.
So it better to ban tobacco rather than spending crores on the awareness.

SMOKING KILLS, hence it’s the only legal way to commit suicide.

Yet another blast, do we have a solution?

Terror has stuck again and again, and this time its our capital Delhi, but still we have failed to find a reason behind these acts.
In the evolution of human race we tend to neglect a section of the society which later on becomes unprivileged and suffer the most. In the process of development if the offspring are not distributed uniformly, the output of such development is very similar to the kind of society where we live in.
On one hand we have people constructing private swimming pools and on the other side we have people who don’t even have access to clean drinking water.
We have companies posting Millions of profits along with double digit growth rate and on other side we have people struggling for daily wages.
With such inequalities prevalent in out society it is very difficult to prevent the reactions of the people who defy the present set up of our society.
Other issue to be given a thought is that of nationalism, it has emerged as an important source of discrimination and a threat to existence of human race. We the people have always been doped with issues like race, religion, nationalism.
Those days are gone when we were proud to sing “sare jahan se acha Hindustan hamara...” because today “sara jahan hi acha hai” the entire world is beautiful; we have to think about the world and not only about our nation. Entire human race will have to unite and develop proportionally to live in peace.
Gone are the days to preach nationalism and be patriotic. It’s the time to think about saving the world from threats like terrorism and global warming. United we stand and divided we fall is a very old slogan, which finds its applicability in this scenario as well.
Development of a section of society always has its own repercussions, over here the case is very similar, if one nation grows and other does not, terror attacks will happen.
It can be termed jealousy but if we think it’s a kind of inequality prevailing in the world, which leads this undeveloped section of the society to do erratic and irrational things like terror strikes which acts as a vengeance for the things they have been deprived off.
All those people who do jihad, it is only because this world has developed so much but that section of the society is still left behind strangled in the concept of jihad which dates back to 10th century.
Natural resources like land, forest, oil reserves etc don’t belong to capitalists. Every thing present in this world is supposed to be used by each and every human for their benefit and for public at large.
Entire concept of ownership is vague, it just means a person who has money can do anything, and it’s just like making this world a slave to these materialistic things.
Money provides this rich class the license to waste water, pollute air, waste natural resources, seems this global warming is not going to affect the rich. Obviously it’s not going to affect them, because global warming will show its effect on the rate of inflation, from which this rich class is insulated.

World order has always been criticized and termed as impossible. Intellectuals like Hegel, Marx who have propounded this concept; have always advocated the need for new world order; but we have failed to understand their understanding.

But today this impossibility has turned out to be a necessity without which this world won’t be a place to live in.
With inadequate laws to combat global warming and without proper cooperation of the entire world fraternity it is impossible to control the mess we have created.
Terrorism till date has no solution; we live in a world where any innocent human being can fall prey to a terror attack. It’s a disease which can’t be fought on battle field but needs to be cured.
The way rate of inflation is heading north; survival has become an issue under these circumstances.
The cure under these circumstances can only be brought by a change, a drastic change in the present system. A change to fight the present social diseases like religion, nationalism and capitalists.
